So, this could be me coming from a few different Custom IEMs but also long time user of the Se535 and on occasion the Westone Series of IEMs but these don’t exactly stay in place, don’t come with some kind of case or those dense squishy tips just the slippery thin rubber one. The sound of it is ok, feel like I had better quality of sound with the Se535 as the highs are pretty piercing. Lows are cool but it doesn’t really matter if they’re slipping out during use. Probably due more to the tips thick design and lack of options outside of these slippery thin rubber tips.Reason I say all of this is I’m sure that their CIEMs are great but this universal fit leaves a lot on the table as far as usability in its fit and tip options. The main issue being I can’t return them now, if I could I would right now, even though on first use I can tell I would likely just end up buying Shure again while my CIEMs are being repaired.
