I purchased two of these, one for myself and one for my wife. I own large EV 15” PA speakers and these will not get as loud as those but if you want an easy to carry full sounding speaker this is the way to go. This will blow away any small Bluetooth speaker and if you pair two of them in stereo they sound amazing. They get plenty loud for just a hang out, and bass is good but remember it’s only a 5” woofer so it won’t rattle the windows or be heard a block away but it will sound great in the room. It’s a great speaker for what it is, portable, loud enough, and good enough battery life. If you have two of these to pair together in true stereo, they are just wonderful for a small party if you don’t feel like carrying bing PA speakers,
