I opened the box excited to recieve my new guitar and was quickly dismayed. No set up, whatsoever. I thought, ok, let's just get it together and see from there. Nope. Felt off. Called zZounds, and they said,"Well you can return it, but it's on backorder." I called Jackson and they were appalled that I received it like that. They said to take it to an authorized Jackson dealer and they would take care of it. After dropping it off at Guitar Center, their tech verified that the neck had a twist to it and a raised fret. Jackson immediately shipped them a replacement guitar. In closing, zZounds does no set up, or inspection before shipping your guitar. They don't care about your issues after you get your guitar other than allowing you to ship it back and try again. Kudos to Jackson for excellent customer service. zZounds, not so muc.

Got mine , I love it have not set it up yet to my standards but it’s nice to jam and badass to own.
