Killer 7 string get it while it lasts. Think its discontinued. Do to the shipping and temperature changes you most likely will need to do a setup. Review on you tube esp floyd rose setup or bring to your tech. Awesome guitar. Wish they had more models.f they had a 7 string withj different color belvels I would buy. Jackson is killer

Firstly this thing is awesome, if you are looking for a great (semi-) affordable 7 string with a Floyd for some extreme metal, this is your baby. Note that with the reverse headstock and the low B you might run into some weird tuning issues - you'll want to tune the B down almost an entire half step, as locking the nut will sharpen it considerably - but besides that, this is a dream guitar. Unfortunately the initial model that was sent to me was defective from the factory, and I initially ran into some miscommunications with Zzounds. However, as the old saying goes, "you don't judge a company by what they do right, but how they handle mistakes" and their customer service rep went above and beyond the second time I spoke to them about my issues (thank you Jack). As stated by the other reviewer, if you aren't familiar with a 7 string Floyd you will NEED to get it setup or else this thing will be a nightmare. However if, like me, you can't find a shop that will quote you under $125, buy a few extra packs of strings, type in "ESP Floyd Rose setup" into Youtube, set aside around 4-6 hours, and you'll be set
