I bought this guitar as a backup to my Jackson rr24. This thing is sleek, and plays like butter. Have it professionally setup and you will make it your main axe. The only thing I have done to this thing is add a Floyd upgrades big block and a brass claw. This thing has become my main guitar for standard tuning and the rr24 is now my e flat guitar.

Not ready to play right out of the box. The bridge needed to be leveled and the neck needed adjustment due to first position fret buzz. However, this is to be expected with any new instrument depending on style and player. Once that is out of the way, you have yourself an awesome guitar. Neck is extremely fast with no limitation for fret reach. Very comfortable and balanced body. No problems staying in tune. The only thing I don't like is the position of the volume knob, I find it in the way but I'm sure I will get use to it. Whammy bar included, active pickup battery included, strap lockers included and of course the tools you need to make any adjustments. Great guitar, great price. If you're a Jackson fan you'll fall in love with this guitar hands down.

this guitar was my first jackson and i could not be more impressed. not only is this a badass looking guitar, but is super easy to play. shredding is almost effortless. the emg pickups are amazing and really make the guitar growl.

The guitar is nice, for the price that is. Sound wise its killer the EMG set really works for me as I never owned a Jackson with EMG pickups in it. Little things I don't like about the guitar is in the finish if you look at the pinstripe you can see spots missing and uneven. The factory set up is okay although the high e strings intonation on the Floyd was setup improperly it was hanging over to where when I did my first dive bomb it hit the body and stopped. After I inspected the finish I notice I cracked the paint in that spot. Last thing I don't like about the guitar is the Floyd rose special model. It would have been better with a 1000 model. But overall it is a good guitar good sound good action long sustain. I just over inspect things lol.
