I would replace this player with a like one, looking only for an additional recording capacity. I would choose thi player again, as I would your company to supply it to me. Were it stolen, I would replace it. I like both the features and the style. I do wish I could record.
Sound
For the price and small apartment living, or use in a room, it is outstanding. Sound is great! What I wish I could do is record from the LP, the tape player, or radio to CD. But I knew what I was buying and am more than satisfied...

Everything is self explanatory and easy to operate.
Quality
The product seems very well made. No scratches, blemishes or defects. For an old codger like me the retro style is very attractive. Since this is an omniplayer, other questions are ot applicable. It sure feels like it will last.
Value
No, price was far below comparables. I would choose the product and your company again.

I have not dealt with the manufacturer. However, the first unit that was sent was damaged. ZZounds was very receptive to my perdicament. The repalcement reached me within two days of my return of the first shipment - with a complimentary upgrade. I was most pleased with the outcome and would recommend your company to anyone for quality of service!

A techincal marvel, it is not, but it is aningenious combination of features. Aesthetically, it is most pleasing.

I didn't have a big budget to buy a new record player with, and figured I'd have to settle for a cheap plastic portable thing again, but then I found this gem! The price (Free shipping!!!) was amazing for what you get. I'll mainly be using the turntable, so I haven't tried the CD or tape players, or the radio. It's very sturdy and very stylish. Plays the records smoothly and the speakers sound great. No dragging needle sound like my last turntable! This turntable makes me excited to pop in an album and lay back and relax during the winter.

For the price, and for small apartment living, excellent. I am very pleased to be able to listen to LPs, 78s, CDs and old tapes. The sound is great for the price!

It is a great product! Compact and attractive, love the rero look! No accessories, but to have radio and the multiple functions is great. Would love it if I could record LP and tape to CD!

Ity is a basic product which meets my needs. No learning curve, even for an old codger like me!

I have not dealt with the company that made it, but on a scale of 1-10, I would rate my service from zZounds a 20. The frist shipment was damaged, but you upgraded for the second shipment, and were most accommodating in all senses. I have never had so trouble-free a replacement for a product, nor one as speedy or friendly! You were great to work with!

Sound
The sound quality is just fine for me. I don't require Bose. When I play my albums that I've saved since my teenage years, I'm thrilled - it's like going back in time.
Features
I wish it had a multiple LP system - you can only play one record at a time. I think it's great that I can play cassettes, cd, radio all in one place.
Ease of Use
You can read the directions (which you should for record player), but basically for anyone with any smarts it's a plug 'n play gadget.
Quality
It's not top of the line but it is pretty, brings back memories of the old fashioned players and well packed for shipping!
Value
I shopped around for quite a bit and found this to be the best bang for the buck.
