The product works well and sounds great with the many presets, but as soon as you try and use ToneNet, prepare to research on making 100% use of the app.You have to register the product with a pc or mac with a completely separate IK Media Product Manager, register your product with the tonenet website, create two accounts, etc. FFS, this isn't the keys to the nuclear codes.The product came with no instructions, just a QR code that downloads the app to your device. That isn't even close to the only step. The user manual I downloaded on the IK website for the device literally glosses over the tonenet, so pay attention to the footers.Also, it is pretty cheap. looks like if you aren't delicate with it, it might explode. Not going to give the thing a stress test to prove looks can be deceiving here.All that being said, I really enjoy being able to just grab a gig back with this device and some cans and play anywhere.

I bought this thing and it stopped working with very limited use and used very gingerly. I kept it in my office inside a desk drawer. I got 1 and 1/2 full charges of use out of the device before it just stopped working. It charges and the lights work but that is about it. A lot of other people have had the same problem if you search "tone x plug stopped working" and I've tried to contact IK media via email and they haven't responded. Their customer support avenues are also deliberately hard to find on their website. They suck and know it I guess?
