After 2 and half frustrating hours of trying to register and update firmware (just so I could get it to function, I called zZounds. They're support team walked me through all the steps, only to discover.... it was NOT compatible with windows on Google chrome. They support team sent me up with a return. What a let down on ToneX behalf.
