The cab itself is solid. Lightweight, loud, easily adjusted from the EQ section. That said, their customer support is non-existent. Tried to contact them via email several times about access to the online app. I lost the paperwork with the serial number and could not register the product to gain access to the editing software. The serial number is not printed on the cab itself. Tried to call customer support. They tell you to visit the website. Rinse and repeat. If you ever try to sell one of their products you have to get in touch with them to transfer the license. Should be simple…if they respond. Cannot recommend the products until the customer service improves.
