I bought The Platform-M+ and (2) Platform-X+ I couldn't get it all to work at once or nothing worked at all. The set up is supposed to be so simple, plug in and change some settings and its supposed to work. The problem is nothing works at all and the customer service at Icon is.....nonexistent. You have to send an e-mail and wait a week for reply. Some of us are professonals and just waiting isn't going to work well with conducting business. I'm returning and going with my first mind and only switched my mind because these looked so good but as we all know looks can be a huge disappointment. Do not waist your time with this product unless you enjoy troubleshooting issues, all the time, and after every session change. Looks good Icon, now work on making it work and you may have something.
