This is a fantastic bass. I have been playing bass and guitar for 20+ years and was apprehensive about the multi scale concept. It practically disappears when you play and took no time to get used to. Whether it is the multi scale or the electronics, or the tone wood, it doesn’t matter: this bass sounds amazing. It is also very versatile. You can dial in just about any type of sound you want. Very pleased. The only issue is some rough edges where the neck meets the body. Nothing that gets in the way, and is only noticeable when closely examined, but I expected a little more detail for a grand. Other than that, it looks as good as it sounds. Can’t express how fantastic this bass really is. If you’re looking for something a little different than your Pbass, this is it!
