I love this Bass! I bought it in 2020 since stuck at home during covid19 pandemic. Bass out the box it needed to be set up but not by much. Once I did set up, and got it to my specs..., this Bass shined. It punchesway above it price weight. I love the Dragon Burst. I use this bass with TC Electronics BQ Thrust 500 Amp head and a 300 watt Fender Speaker cab. OMG small gigs this is a beast! I written songs off the back with this Bass. Ibanez Bass Rule!!!

Very nice bass. Although, out of the box the first fret buzzed and needs adjusting at best, and a professional setup at worst. This is probably a zZounds issue rather than an Ibanez issue. The box it came in was beat up pretty bad. This is at least the 3rd solid bodied guitar that I've gotten that had issues which leads me to question zZounds warehousing practices. I understand that temperature and humidity can only be combated so much, but I haven't had the same issues with other online retailers.

I bought this and when it arrived the color just didn't look like what I had seen online. So I thought ok no big deal until I played it. Fretting buzz galore. I couldn't take it so I contacted customer service and sent it back. I did not buy another of this model. Instead I purchased the ibanez sr1400e. Customer service was great during the exchange.
