"The Ibanez SA160QMAM is THE BEST BARGAIN in Electric Guitars today. No other guitar comes close in playability, sound, and appe"

I will keep this guitar until it wears out (in many years) and if it does, I wouldn't hesitate to buy an identical model. Anyone looking for a great quality, easy to play and great sounding guitar at a super price needs to put this guitar at the top of their checklist.
Sound
Excellent sustain, good crunch, heavy tone, one some pick up settings it sounds like my fender strat.
Features
Would like to have a humbucker in the neck position. If I use the tremolo a lot, the guitar needs frequent retuning. The pick ups are great. The neck, fretboard, and especially the body are beautiful. I own the amber quilted maple body version and it is just striking - Ibanez hit a home run on this body styling!
Quality
This is very well made guitar - no defects in appearance or sound. Very solid frame for a thinner guitar.
Value
This is one of the best values in guitars I could find and I compared this to Fenders, Gibsons, Epiphones - Price, looks, playability and sound can not be beat!
Manufacturer Support
Have not had any problems or repairs.
The Wow Factor
One beautiful, gorgeous guitar (in amber quitled maple finish). This guitar looks great on display, like a work of art!

"A frugal guitarists wet dream.."
This review has been selected by our experts as particularly helpful.
If stolen I would seek another out.
Sound
Very clear and balanced when playing clean rhythm and separate clear individual notes when cranked.
Features
Stays in tune pretty well for a floating trem though they could've included a locking system without making it uncomfortable.
Quality
Sturdy, quality construction- especially for a Korean made guitar. High frets are very accesible and volume and tone controls easy to access. Good quality hardware though the tuners could be a little smoother.
Value
Absolutely a great value for the price.

The Wow Factor
