I can't believe no one has bought and reviewed this guitar, yet! First off, let me just say that the pics don't do this thing justice. It's ridiculously beautiful and I didn't realize I was going to be able to see the wood grain under the paint job until I got it. It looks amazing. Everything about this guitar is nuts. The looks, the sound and the playability are out of this world. The high E string had come out of the tuning peg on it's way to me, but that didn't matter at all. I bought replacement strings, anyway, as I like to do this with all of my new guitars and I like thicker strings than what comes standard on these guitars. I put a set of Ernie Ball Beefy Slinky Cobalts on and tuned it to Drop C. My first time trying these strings, as well, and I love the tension and stability for tuning down. I knew they would sound great because my experience with EB's Cobalt strings has always been good. Didn't even have to adjust anything putting these on, either, which I was pleasantly surprised by. The action, intonation and neck relief was still where I wanted it. I love the Gotoh locking tuners. Never had a pair of locking tuners before. They make string changing super fast and hold tuning extremely well. I can beat the hell out of my strings and the guitar will still be in tune. The DiMarzio Fusion Edge pups sound fantastic and the coil tap switch is a nice feature. I love the range of tones I can get with this bad boy. My only real complaint was just a little bit of fret ends sticking out, but not much. They don't cut my hands up or anything and I don't necessarily feel the need to file them down just yet. It's just that I have a $200 and a $400 guitar that didn't have this problem so I guess I would hope it wouldn't exist on a $900 guitar lol. Oh well. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this guitar and with zZounds. Thank you!
