Pulling it out of the box, the finish was beautiful. Playing it is smooth as butter. The coil tapping feature is amazing. I can get tones out of it that is pretty close to as bright, and rich as my Stratocaster, and tones as smooth and warm as my Les Paul. I generally only buy American made axes, but I have to give Ibanez 'WELL DONE' on this one. Wish it had the shark fin inlays, but thats the only thing I'd change. Be warned I had to turn the Amp down.. these pickups are HOT!

I wish it had Shark Fin Inlays on the fret board.. honestly.. that's the only thing I would change. Beautiful finish, light weight. Fantastic sustain. Only put 3 on Manufacturers supposrt because I don't know.. have never had to call them. Great tone out of the humbuckers, flip the switch and get an almost strat tone. I haven't had to re-tune mine in 4 weeks and I love to bend the strings and use the tremelo. And the neck action.. it's like playing on Butter! Seriously worth the price all day long! Just B U Y it!
