I bought this guitar here at ZZounds about 2 months ago. The guitar has a beautiful gloss finish and sounds great. The setup from the factory is not good so plan on having a good setup done on it when you receive it. AS far as the case it's nothing but cheap packing foam with a cover over it. So plan on buying a case. But for less then $200.00 dollars you can't go wrong. I'm a beginner and this will do very nicely until I get ready to up grade to a martin in about a year.
