Yes good people, there still is super great classical guitars made by the best Manufacturers like one of my favorites Ibanez! Who make such a much better product at this price point than the competition for instance that you would think they are willing to lose money to capture a certain market for instance! I have been playing classical guitar and now flamenco since I was 15 years old and am now 70! I have 9 classical guitars and for instance 3 Yamaha 2 Cordoba, 2 Fender and one Lucero classical guitars. The Cordoba and Yamaha classical ones being much more expensive but GREAT guitars! I bought this a Ibanez as an experiment to see if it was as good as some rate it! It is ridiculously great for the money in EVERY way! The build quality is super! It is a MUCH better looking guitar in real life than the pictures show! The fret work is impeccable! No fret sprout and nicely finished fret work! Overall plays fantastic! Now......the sound quality and loudness to me is comparable to my solid western cedar top Cordobas even though this Ibanez is a laminate spruce top! The sound resonance quality is surprising to say the least! The Meranti wood back and sides sound as good as my Yamaha and Cordoba mahogany back and sides on my more expensive guitars! Its such a great looking and sounding classical guitar that I would play out with it any time! And I have played classical guitar before before large audiences before yes! What an outstanding classical for the money! And I have also 2 high end Ibanez Jazz guitars and two Ibanez Paul Gilbert type electrici shredders! And love Ibanez! I have two fine older Squire less expensive classical guitars that are good for the money as entry level guitars! But this Ibanez is in a league of it's own! No comparison! And my tee shirt says, " I play classical guitar and know stuff"! Ha! Dr. Russell.
