Great guitar! Fresh out of the box, perfect setup, just out of tune as expected though. I have yet to plug it into an amp but without an amp it sounds good. Easy action, as low as it can get. Sometimes I get a buzz but that's only because sometimes I get into playing a riff that I don't realize how hard I am strumming haha! Good experience!

I've always been a fan of Ibanez guitars, especially their electrics. I was a little weary about what their Acoustic/Acoustic-Electrics may be like... I shouldn't have doubted. Zzounds offers a 45-day warranty and I decided to take the plunge. I got it and was immediately in love! It was as if it were made personally for me! The finish is absolutely gorgeous! The grain of the natural Mahogany top, back, neck and sides just pulls you in. The Abalone perfling is a nice touch too, as well as the pearloid inlay work on the fretboard. The 'feel' of the neck is great. And the action is surprisingly low. But the best... The tone! I don't know of ANY other acoustic-electric that you could, both, play amped and not feel embarrassed to play that same instrument without an amp because it actually has projection and bottom-end! I've never been a fan of Fishman acoustic transducers/preamps... they just don't sound 'real' enough for me. But I was surprised with this - I guess that's why Ibanez provided their own pre.
