I grabbed one of these a few weeks ago at a brick and mortar store because I forgot my stand and this place was on the way to my gig. I was really impressed by how easy it was to use and how sturdy it was so I grabbed another from zZounds. They are incredibly stable and I think they would fit just about any guitar with a headstock. They breakdown easily for transport and setup. I'm really happy with these stands! They cost a little more but the peace of mind is well worth it to me. A word of caution though, the foam can damage certain finishes over time so do your homework.

The rubberized height adjuster on this stand suddenly fell apart causing my guitar to fall to the floor. When I examined the stand the height adjustment, the rubber was all sticky and took a couple of hand washings to remove the residue. For the price of these stands this should not happen. It's supposed to be a lifetime warranty, but only if you have the original receipt from 12 years ago.
