The main thing I got in ordering this guitar is treated politely and professionally.. THAT!.. means a lot!!Secondly this thing plays great sounds great and the Bigsby works great!One thing I do with with a new or even my everyday players is to get out my guardsman aerosol furniture polish and a soft cotton cloth.. spray the rag.. and the body is incidental at this point but I do that too.. but I hit the fingerboard and neck.. it softens the strings a bit and makes everything very smooth to play.. and.. set the string height which is very easy using the height adjusters under the bridge.. the neck proved to be nice and straight and checked every fret and all is good. It now plays like a no effort buttery guitar!Thank you zZounds!
