"Clean, Powerful Mic Pre"
I love the clean, colorless power of this pre-amp! I bought this amp because of the soldered connections and 80 dB boost to usr with an EV RE20 mic. My older pre-amp just didn't get the job done--even with a Cloudlifter. But this pre-amped kicked it. And it only took 45dB of the 80 potential. I love this pre-amp. Plus, the self noise of pre & mic dropped well below the min floor for ACX audiobook narration.
