Was looking for a Bluetooth speaker large enough to be used for some home parties etc. but small enough to be out of sight so decided to go with this, not only that but was supposed to be loud enough to actually be engaging. After the first setup and use i was a little let down on not only how terrible it sounded but how not loud the unit was. decided it would be better used in the vape shop i own and set it up there for ambient music throughout the day. low and behold after using it for 9 days it died and produces no sound. i would absolutely not recommend this unit to anyone considering buying it. spend the extra few $$$ and get something better , ill guarantee you'll be let down, not only with the units sound quality but it over all build quality as well.

This is my first time doing a product review and I felt like it had to be done..ok..I bought two of the Gemini GMAX6000 Bluetooth Party Speakers..got my order in by around 4:25ish pm and they are a free one day shipping item so zzounds did their part and got them shipped as promised..there was no guarantee the carrier would deliver on time as per the pandemic that is going on right now..but they both arrived the very next day around 2:00pm I was very shocked and pleased to see that both items being as bulky and as heavy as they are arrived in great shape..no box damage..so I got them in the house and started unpacking them..very nice and impressive looking speakers (MASSIVE)….one speaker had a tiny dent on the 6" grill..wasn't happy..petty? maybe..not..i feel when you buy something new it should be free of flaws no matter what the cost..there is no way to link or pair the two together, my bad, I didn't realize that..(been looking at too many speakers..confusion..LOL) so I got my MP3 player and a couple signal splitters and connected to both speakers via RCA in..found out they have what I call signal lag..if you don't have enough volume (at the beginning, ending, or slow part of songs) the amp doesn't pick up on the signal so the music will break up/or cut in and out..also there is a noticeable hissing like noise in the background before, during and after song play..sent a speaker back not long ago for the same problem cause I had never had that type of speaker before and I thought something was wrong with it. ….as for sound Gemini claims crisp, clear, deep shaking bass..I was not impressed with the bass..I felt it was pretty weak..and not too impressed with the loudness either..they do have some nice features and the lights are nice but save your money.
Musical Background:
I enjoy watching music videos. I've been dabbaling off and on playing guitar for years but practicing seriously for 3 yrs. now.
