"Early Demise"
When I first got my Guild 4 yrs ago , I loved it , it played well , and had great tone
Fast forward to today ,and I had to spent $200 to repair the saddle and there is a crack in the top . I have several other acoustic and electric guitars , some are over 30 years old . All my guitars are housed in the same room and I have no issues , yet a 4 year old Guild from China falls apart. Very disappointed , I should have got the Martin

Sound
Sound quiality is not bad; however, you can find a better sounding guitar for less. Like Martin guitars, their cheapest model sounds as good as this guitar. Considering the price, the sound is not so good.
Features
It came with a nice vintage looking hard shell case. I love it. The biggest problem with guitar is that this guitar is very difficult to store.
Quality
This is a beautiful looking guitar. All of my friends like it.
Now, here is the problem:
I keep it in the case when I don't play it, but the guitar's body cracked TWICE! The first time was 1 month after I bought it. The second time was 3 month after I exchanged it with a new one! I have never had this kind of troubles before, so I believe something is wrong with the guitar construction...
Value
I expect more from this guitar. This is not a cheap guitar, but the guitar construction isn't good enough. I guess most of the money went to cosmetics. Sure it does look good. However, if you want a guitar which you can use for a long time, buy something else.

I would say that their service is good because they sent me a new guitar very soon. However, it is the best if I did not have to use this service...
