I've had this J35 since August. I liked it then and love it now. Top quality woods and excellent build quality are plain to see. The action is a bit higher than I like but not mushy or hard on the fingers. Sweet to pick or strum. A bit "woody" in the tone compared to a mahogany J-45 great for all the styles I've ever played. Every bit what you want from a Gibson.
