Got my Studio Session and it was ready to go immediately. A quick tune and that was all I needed. Got the Honey Burst finish for the color but noticed the maple top was not colored on the sides, which made it look like it was maple binding. Besides eye candy, the sound this guitar makes is unlike anything I've heard. True vintage tone, excellent sustain, weight relieved body, and the push pull pots with phase, true bypass and coil tapping is UNREAL. Seriously, buy this guitar! It is extremely underrated. Trust me, this is by far the best for the dollar for a vintage sounding Gibson LP.

I'm shocked . .i usually have to do a few things to a Gibson . .all i did to this one was adjust string height to my liking ! . .Incredible Guitar ( not as flamey as i would like , but that's knit picking a bit much ) . .Build and finish is 100% , pups sound really good , Guitar plays like a Stradivarius . .to me worth the money !

So I love and hate Les Pauls. I love the tone and the look but hate the weight and the chunky joint where the neck meets the body. I was going to buy a standard, but when I saw the specs of this, I jumped on it. The neck playability at higher frets is fantastic for a Les Paul. It feels, looks and sounds great. Probably the first Les Paul that I’ll keep, because it’s actually fun to play. No wrestling with the weight or that thick heel. Just a nice Gibson Les Paul. Additionally, the push pull versatility is incredible. So many sounds. They really did make this to be a guitar for just about any music. I’m thrilled Gibson made this. And thrilled to have one. The ebony neck looks great. Much better than some light colored necks I see on a number of standards. zZounds did a fantastic job, as always. Definitely my go to over Sweetwater or guitar center. Had an issue with my order and they fixed immediately and guitar got to me next day. If you hate the chunky heal of the Les Paul or the weight, but want a Les Paul… this is a great pick. If you’re starting out and want a comfortable Les Paul to play, this is a great pick.

I got my new Iguana Burst a few days ago. I did not know that this guitar goes THIS hard. That bypass is out of control, and the SUSTAIN. Yeah...I'm in love. Fully. The AA top? Looks way higher end in person. I absolutely love this purchase. Best decision ever.
