Gibson 2017 Les Paul Studio T Electric Guitar (with Case)

Comfortably play for hours on this Studio T thanks to the body's Ultra-Modern weight relief. The 490R and 498T humbuckers create unmistakable Gibson tones.

This New Gibson guitar was delivered too me in perfect shape. It plays so sweeet and clear. Balance is perfect, neck is silky smooth, fit & finish is perfect. Don't believe all you hear about Gibson guitars. I couldn't not be happier with this purchase. Thanks zZounds, fine job handling this transaction for me.

First of all I should of returned this right away after I got it but I got sick and miss the return time won't do that again in fact I will not buy another Gibson. There was a crack on fret board and they laminated right over it lol... and then poor work on the fret board where the neck is attach to body and also two of the turner keys are jacked up they skip when you titin the strings also when playing it has a couple of dead spots on the neck that’s sad for a guitar just over 1k not worth it for sure So I would have to say being a Gibson player for many years I have gotten guitars from them over the years that were poor more of the newer ones so I will no longer do Gibson's I have a couple that are wonderful will keep those and go back to Ibanez premium and prestige for me.

"2017 Les Paul Studio T review"

This guitar plays amazingly well, and sounds great, with excellent sustain. BUT, it's weight relieved so much that it's neck heavy. I had rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder, and it hurts me to lift the neck on an out of balance guitar during a show. The guitar is 7lb 15oz, I would rather it be 8-1/2 or 9lbs but balanced. For now, I'll add some weight to my strap. But I will be replacing this guitar soon.

Musical Background:

Playing for 35 years, semi professional and gig 2x/month.

Musical Style:

Rock, hard rock, metal
