Love everything about it but the neck. A lot larger than my custom so need to get used to that. At first glance I was disappointed it didn’t have the Seymour but the high gain sound good. My first ebony fretboard and loving the feel and look of it. Just need to get used to the neck. Other than that no complaints and kind of weird as mine got the thumb bleeders But I see a lot of them do not have it and I didn’t see it listed so that was a plus thanks again guys third one I bought from you and always happy

The hype is real. I now own 3 of these guitars, and there’s only one reason why. They deliver. This is what a true Les Paul should feel, sound, and smell like. This is a true beast in all senses of the word. You won’t be disappointed if you can get your hands on one of these rock machines!

I've had this guitar for about a year and a half now and it's definitely one I'll never sell. Every time I pick it up it sounds great, while most other guitars I've had/have kind of fall into a niche, or the pickups are great for one thing and not the other. But this thing has IT. Like if you're looking to get that Adam Jones sound (obviously, why else would you buy this one instead of a regular Les Paul standard) this is it. The DC high gain Gibson pickup is honestly my favorite one in any of my guitars other than MAYBE my Tony Iommi signature pickup. I see a lot of people swapping it out for a JB and I think they are only doing it because that makes it more "correct" to Adam's LPs. It has great distortion, sparkle, clarity right out of the box. I mainly use a Helix and with the Diezel amp model and a few effects I have all of the headroom, clarity, sparkle, and umph in the world. This thing stays in tune too. It's great that I can just pick it up and play it and it always sounds good, I usually spend a lot of time dialing in my tone moreso than playing but not with this. I'll even use a pitcher and pitch down and play some doomy stuff and it even works great for that. the ONLY thing you can really knock on this guitar IMO is that they skimped on the finish on the back, and that build-wise it's just a Les Paul standard for $3k, but it's already set up to do what you want it for.

This is the third Adam Jones Les Paul I’ve received. First one was scratched to hell, second one had a broken switch. This one is completely functional and sounds good. Gibson’s quality control is absolute garbage. This one has some tooling marks on the fret board and the decal on the back of the headstock is not center at all. Making it look like Gibson is selling cheap knock offs of their own products. Decided to keep it but set my mind to never buy Gibson again. Not going to pay 3k for a guitar with $200 dollar guitar issues. PS, my friend went through 3 custom shop 59 Les Pauls because of similar issues. PSS, zZounds is great. I have bought…5 or 6 guitars here. This is by no means a critique of them.
