I’ve had several Les Pauls over the years. My first was a Lp Standard in 1997.The nut was cut wrong and there was overspray on the fretboard and it never stayed in tune .Only plus was I got my money back.Later I had a gold top Standard with the 57s.It weighed like 10lbs and the 57s were too muddy for me.Fast foward and I’m in love with this faded LP.The Burstbuckers sound great.Warm but with a nice edge to them. Not muddy at all.The guitar weighs 8.8lbs which is perfect for me.Nut is a Graphtech so no issues there and the satin finish is awesome.Stays in tune and has a really nice case.Gibson has really stepped up their game since 1997.Thank to zZounds for making it possible with a no interest payment plan.Great guitar!
