I'd buy it again because of the craftsmanship, playability, and color. Vendors seem to go in cycles a couple of years the make a hot guitar and show they care by the finishing touches they put on the fretboard and such. Other years same guitar but color seems to be an afterthought. For example new model of this studio includes what I would call a "snot green swirl."
Ease of Use
It's a guitar...it's a Gibson...nuff said.
Quality
Solid, perfection
Value
This guitar is a great value but I think it is a little over priced. Especially since they are going to make more than the original 300 lot. Gibson show demonstrate some ethics here and kick back some form of rebate.
Manufacturer Support
No need to contact them yet.
The Wow Factor
All of the above.

"The Les Paul you don't know you can't live without, until you see it."

I may buy another guitar some day, but I don't think it will be because I have to.
Sound
The sound from the Flood is big, clear, and commands your attention. Even in the hands of a novice (me), it's apparent immediately that this is a Les Paul. I like the sound even through my Vox Classic Rock pocket amp. The sound through my Marshall 102CFX is of course better and bigger, and confirms that I bought the right stuff. My skill just needs to catch up to the equipment. I adjusted the action as low as I could go, without getting buzz when hitting the first fret or two. Other than that, I've left it as Gibson delivered it.
Features
I'll give it a "9:" only because I guess you get something for your money if you buy one of the Custom Les Pauls, for a few thousand more. As far as my feeling about this guitar itself, I think the components, materials and finish are perfect. I bought the blue Flood, because I didn't like the green very well. The hardware, controls, tuners look great. I prefer the chrome to the greenish plastic tuning knobs.
Ease of Use
The instrument is very playable -- again, I adjusted the action but that's it.
Quality
The quality and workmanship are perfect. The guitar will last I'm sure.
Value
The sounds of this guitar is probably nearly identical to the Les Paul Studio models. I bought this one for its cosmetic and collectible properties, knowing of course that the sound, materials and craftsmanship would be impeccable. So, I could have saved money and been very pleased, but I paid extra for some intangible qualities of the Flood.
The Wow Factor
I bought the last blue Flood that zzounds.com had, at the time. The "I gotta have it now" factor is huge. The Les Paul is the guitar I'd always wanted. The Flood just made me pull the trigger.

"Step this way if you want to rock with authority and style!"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
As mentioned before. My 1st LP but surely, not my last. Sets a high mark for the nest axe to follow. A great story. A great product. A very pleased consumer. What's next?
Sound
Random Sam Ash "Can I play that one?". Plugged it into a Fender tube amp and magic started.
Features
Green is my favorite color so that was the first draw. Happy Strat owner but always "looking" for that one LP grab. This was it. I was doomed from the start.
Ease of Use
I have big-ish hands so the '50 style neck was not a prob for me. Makes me play more precise because it has room for finger placement.
Quality
OK. One slight 200 grit swirl near the upper horn. Already buffed out and a thing of memory. Everything else was like a piece of art. Stunning.
Value
I am so happy with this guitar. It's my 1st LP. I'm sure it won't be my last but I sure as hell don't plan on ever getting rid of this one. It's stunning and is so special to me.
Manufacturer Support
Only reason for this rating is because I have no issues with my guitar and so I have not had any need to contact Gbson for any problems.
The Wow Factor
LP. Made in USA. Green. Gem-like. Work of art. Magic in my hands. Visually stunning. Can't wait to gig with this beastie.

"I like the story behind this guitar, and the paintjob is cool. They origialy made 300 blu swirl, and 300 green as a limited spec"

I already replaced it.
Sound
Great tone you would expect from a chambered Les Paul. I do like the tone of a non chambered LP better, even with the weight.
Features
Was not crazy about the 50's thicker neck. Pickups are hot in the brigde, and very blusey in the neck position. The chrome grover tuning keys are a step up from the usual on a standard.
Ease of Use
I found the fat neck hard to get use to up and above the 12th fret.
Quality
Mine had a poor buffing jpb, and there were uneven area inbetween the neck and fretboard. The clear coat did not fill in the uneveness. I was diss satisfied enough to return it. The paint job was very dark, and did not look as viberant as the advertized pictures from Gibson.
Value
It is basicly a studio Les paul with a fancy paint job. I realy wanted a good Les Paul, so I ended up getting a Standard traditional pro for $500 more.
Manufacturer Support
Zzounds beat the price Guitar center was offering, and made the purchase easy. It wasnt hard to return after I made the decision to send it back.
The Wow Factor
I fell for the pain job. Probably would get and keep one for the regular studio price.

"Great Guitar with a Great sound!"

I believe i will be satisfied for the rest of my life with it. If it was stolen and i had the money i would buy it again.
Sound
Awesome sound, I wish i could get some more tone out of the potentiometers. but i think that deals with the pickups. I play a lot of rock and jazz and it seems to play and sound very good in these genres. as far as tone I'm planning on replacing pick-ups in future with hotter ones.
Quality
The finish is absolutely beautiful, I don't see this falling apart for centuries. All buttons, knobs, pieces and parts feel extremely solid, like a rock! The body is chambered so the neck feels a bit top heavy. that said the guitars weight is off balance slightly. Not a problem for me. For a side note, the case that come with this is just as nice as the guitar, made very well with a lot of attention to details.
Value
The product is good and very well made. But yes, i feel in its is over priced in comparison to other brand name guitars with similar builds and materials.
Manufacturer Support
Gibson was very easy to reach. They answered all my questions and more!

Gibson Flood Les Paul Customer Review

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Sound
The Quality is awesome but the way it looked blew me away right out of the case. I was just speechless over the looks of this guitar. The tone is definitely awesome. The notes just resonate great action. I give it a 10 all the way what more can you expect from Gibson
