It is the most playable Les Paul I've ever touched. The g tune system is fast and super accurate. The fit and finish is the best I've ever seen. I was going to get a 2015 Les Paul standard but glad I didn't. I sold my Les Paul studio to upgrade to this.

Love the feel off the thin body and the sound is awesome. The wider neck takes time to get use to but like I'm very satisfied with this guitar.

My first good guitar was a '75 Les Paul Custom-But I gave up on Les Pauls, too much weight, corners in your ribs while sitting, flat frets that were TOO low. For me, this is the LP that fixed all the issues I had. The coil splitting and Gforce tuners are the icing, all at a great price.

Awesome guitar, sounds great, looks great plays great. I wish Gibson made a 2016 T model the neck is a little wider than I like but not horrible. I also would like to have had the traditional brown or black case.

Ordering by mail was scary. Guitars are kinda personal. I got this because of lightweight and the autotuner. The wider fretboard surprised me, but when I started to play it was ssooo much easier. What a great deal. I expect to start fiddling with more alternate tunings now that it's not a half day process. I was considering dedication another guitar to alternate tunings, but that may not me necessary.

"classic" rock (when the hell did rock become 'classic"?)

Les plus is more? Ordering a guitar online seemed a bit sketchy, but this was lightweight, which I need, and a Les Paul. It also has the automatic tuner. I do not like manually doing alternate tunings, so this is a perfect combination. It said a wider fretboard which made me nervous, but when I got it, one of the easiest to play guitars I have ever strummed. The sound is excellent and I can play it standing with a wide shoulder strap (My nine pound Les Paul, I can only play sitting down). The full weight LP probably sounds a (teeny) bit better, but I'm still giving it 5 stars on sound.
