So I'm sitting here with my new Les Paul; I am HAPPY. It is everything I hoped it was when I ordered it. I was initially scared by the G-Force tuners, so scared I ordered a set of Grovers at the same time. So far though, the G-force is staying put, I'm a bit of a gadget freak, and it's a very cool gadget. The rest of the specs on this guitar are classic. It sounds classic. I can't put it down. The words to describe how this sounds are: wise, butter, cream, and awesome! This is the best deal on a Les Paul on the planet right now. It's 900 bucks cheaper than a standard, wow! Zzounds was awesome, I had this sent overnight because I was paranoid about it sitting freezing to death in the back of a Fed-ex truck in January. ZZounds rates on overnight shipping were about half of what they should be, I'm positive they are loosing money here. Anywho, I had it in my hands by 9:45. If you ever wanted a Les Paul at a great price, here it is..

I just have to tell everyone that this guitar is one of the best sounding guitar I have ever played I thought the James Hetfield Iron Cross was the best until I got this last week. Hands down this guitar kicks ass!!! Could do without the GForce tuning system but it doesn't bother me that much. If you don't have get it while it last.

First off what a buy, This is one classic looking LP, The 57 pups are my favorite, and even without all the switching options they give you a wide variety of tones. The neck is great and it sustain is fantastic. The only down side that was not a problem for me was the set up. the action was high and the bridge and tail piece were set so high it looked like it was going to pop out. But it is a Gibson and they are very easy to set up. 20 min. and the stop piece is right to the body and the bridge is perfect also. The neck did not need to be touched. Maybe there is a reason for this shipping? I would buy another one for the price.

I own a Fender American Tele, a 60th anniversay Strat, a Gibson LPStudio and a few others. These are all wonderful instruments and I believed that I couldn't find anything better until this Les Paul Traditional arrived. Tucked tightly in the beautiful included case, the warm, ice tea finish was much nicer than the pictures portrayed. Once you pick up this beauty and feel the buttery smooth neck, you know it is meant to be played. The tone is exactly what I had been searching for. Sorry Fenders, you maybe up for adoption soon.

Love zzounds. Amazing company. I bought the ebony LP Limited Edition and sent it back to get the Iced Tea burst. They accommodated me 100 percent. Bought many guitars from these guys and will continue to give them my business.Btw, I wasn't sold on the G-Force tuners until I tried one. They're amazing. The technology is really something to see. Shame it hasn't caught on, but I guess most guitar purists are just set in their ways and pretty closed-minded. The same type who clung to their 8-tracks when the threat of the cassette cast its dark shadow across dashboards in Camaros everywhere in the 70s-80s.Excellent craftsmanship on this LP. Like Star Wars, Gibson is back, baby!!!

On June of 2015 I purchased a Left-Handed LP Traditional. I had it set up by a Luthier. We noticed one blemish in the back of the LP the size of a quarter. The Luthier said he could repair it for $100.00. I called zZounds and they offered to replace it immediately. I love the way it felt, sounded and played. I really didn't want to let it go. The original 10 LP offered on this sale were selling out too fast for me to send mine in anyway. I asked them to pay the $100 dollars for repair. Two days later zZounds sent me a letter offering a settlement with a HUGE price break. I took it, repaired my LP and have played this wonderful guitar ever since with extra money in my pocket.

I bought this guitar used from a guy who thought he was getting a traditional neck and wanted that 59 type baseball bat neck. His loss was my gain but this is probably that best instrument I've ever owned. I've owned a lot in my 42 years of playing and still have a lot of old classics in my stable. This has become my favorite and the more I play it the more I love it. The G Force tuner is OK but not real convinced on it yet but I will not be changing it anytime soon if ever and its a quick cheap change if I ever decide to. For the price this is a real sweet instrument

no frills Les Paul, great sound and fun/easy to play (after a good set-up). The only thing that was a neg. was it was not ready to play out of the box. The stop tail and bridge were really high almost out of the guitar body, maybe it is done for shipping? But it is a Les Paul and they are super easy to set up. It now is the guitar I pick up the most.
