The Gibson Thunderbird Bass is truly a great bass for Rock n' Roll, Blues, Heavy Metal and Hard Rock. It has a dynamic low-end range for that extra punch. It is the best bass I have ever played. I know of no other bass with such pure power. I expect it to be even better once I break it in and get new strings and a setup for it.
