I replaced the g-force tuners on a 2015 Gibson Les Paul Studio with these. The nickel looks killer, and my guitar seems to stays in tune way better now.. had to drill out little pilot holes which was no big deal and the barrel holes were a perfect fit..

Great machines, but the packaging was not helpful. There are no specs in the package to tell you what size drill it to use. I had to take the tuners to the hardware store to get them measured. The machines are Grovers, and Grover does give specs on their site, but not for these machines. You would think Gibson could indicate the size of the barrel. FYI, Gibson, it takes a 25/64 inch bit.

"Excellent tuners"

Replaced the tuners on my '79 Morris Les Paul copy, and immediately noticed a difference in tuning stability. I've had this guitar since I was 13 in 1992 and I changed the tuners once already, but these Gibson tuners have made it my main guitar again.
