I have two of these and use them with three different all tube heads, an 85 watt Fender Dual Showman, a 200 watt Marshall Major and a 300 watt Ampeg SVT. They're very efficient and one cab is loud enough even with the Fender and they're clear as a bell and have plenty of bottom. The main reason I bought these was for the cone tweeters which really do work as described, they project the mids and treble all around, you can walk off to the side of these and they're still very clear. They only weigh 39 lbs each, I am definitely happy with them. I have had cabs with piezo tweeters before which I always shut off as I never liked the harsh sound, the cone tweeters in these sound very good and the crossover point is undetectable. Very nice sounding speaker and very loud if you need it. You don't really need to fiddle around with the tone knobs very much to get them to sound good, they sounded good right out of the box, I just add a little of this or detract a little of that depending on the room. They're a very warm sounding speaker.
