Features
Is what it is. Better padding than the Fender tweed; I have one of those as well.
Quality
Much better than I thought it would be. The lining isn't the feaux marbled velvet that the Fenders have but the padding is thicker. This one is, in my opinion, superior.
Value
Almost half of the price of the Fender.
Manufacturer Support
Never dealt with them. The best warranty is never having to contact the company.
