zZounds is the ultimate shop first of all. Its hassle free to order what you wish. Over the years, (20) or so, I have bounced between many shops looking for deals and gear. What I like the most about zZounds is the customer service. My order was at my door within a couple of days. When you talk with zZounds Reps, they are patient and very helpful. The Friedman IR-J is a step up for guitar players. I have a Marshall which alone, it sounds great, but when I put the preamp through it, it opened up the Marshall even more. The mids are enriched and become creamy the way I like it. If you are in the same situation as I am and can't afford a $3000 dollar amp, this preamp is for you.
