I upgraded from Lp6's.They were stiff as a new pair of shoes initially but after burning them in the sound "bloomed" quite nicely.., I like em'. I've had no issues with the auto shut off feature either.

Coming from a pair of JBL Lsr305s 8" and KRK Rokit 8" Gen 4s these speakers have much more power than the JBLs and sound much cleaner than the Rokits and these are only 6.5s.... I have a 9x12 room and these are more than enough for my space... Cleanenough for mixing and powerful enough for producing...

Musical Style:

Hip Hop, Rnb

Bought these to replace my KRK G4 8s which were too boomy for the size of my room. First impression was the build quality feels more robust than the KRKs. Sound is great...much more balanced...Bass is punchy and tight and the highs are crispy and clean. The lack of a volume knob is kinda weird (just a switch that adds 6db gain). They could have implemented a 1/4" input jack along with the XLR to be more universal. Overall the pros out weigh the cons by far. I would def recomend these to anyone for Mixing... Production and even everyday listening.
