Unbelievable sound quality!!!! My goodness, I'm getting goosebumps as I'm typing this and listening to my monitors. The Line Outputs on the back sound absolutely INSANE!!!! This is ridiculous....I've never, EVER heard digital to analog conversion like this. I think this is a secret gem that only the ones who know, know what's happening here. If all Clarett+ interfaces sound like this....man. I am literally shocked...this makes absolutely no sense. I would honestly put this up against RME UCX-ii as far as audio quality.....yeah, it's this good. I can't believe I'm actually saying this, but I think this Clarett+ 2Pre might, just might sound slightly better on the line outputs in the back. I'm not using this with mics, or for any recording project, just audio playback on my bada** monitors, and I can tell you right now, in the 20 years I've been using audio interfaces from Audient, Focusrite, Apollo, and SSL for audio playback, I have never heard my monitors have such clarity....AND with absolutely ZERO distortion, even when cranked up pretty high. I'm laughing hysterically as I type this. lol I'm listening to Matt Lange's track called Disappear and can't stop laughing at the clarity of the mids and highs. Bass is monstrous, too. Woke up my Adam Audio A77h's and T8v's like nobody's business.A HUGE thank you to zZounds for the fast shipping and for always sending my orders in boxes that look like they've been packed with white gloves on. lol The shipping box and product boxes look like they come straight from the manufacturers' warehouses. Not something you see often, so thank you.
