I ordered 3 packs of these and they were shipped promptly. Smooth transaction. But when I opened one of the packs I discovered the B string was full of kinks. I emailed zZounds to let them know. They emaiiled me back the next day and express shipped a new pack and I got it the next day. Well done zZounds!
