"Amazing sounds out of this thing"

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars

Not a powerhouse, more on par with a 20w level, but the effects and models sound amazing. Has 75 user/75 factory presets. To get great sounds out of this, you need to go in the menus and tweak them. Has a lot of dirty/distortion preset models, for some reason (actually sounds excellent with a guitar) and change them, has a SWR (California) model and a 80's (G-K) Slap, trebly model thats amazing, also does a Ampeg tube pretty well (i used FBA grind). All the complaints about weak volume can be handled by going into the menu and increasing Amp vol, preamp, gain, parameters to 9-10 (defaults to 5), then wham,! power doubled! Now Discontinued, Its the swiss army knife of bass practice amps, and drum machine to boot. Great rehearsal amp!
