"Fits my Aerodyne perfectly."

I bought this for my Fender Aerodyne bass based on other reviews about how it's hard to find a case that fits. I can confirm an Aerodyne will fit this case. I also have a Fender Pro (the 2017 plastic Fender Pro hard case) an the Aerodyne will not fit, not even close. So I'm really glad I ordered this one.

Nice and sturdy with well quality, matches my strats case which is why I bought it. I should have this case as long as I have my bass which will probably be until I die!

Great case. Very sturdy! Very heavy also! Does what it's supposed to do. Cool tweed, should last a long time.

Disappointed in quality of materials. Flimsy case materials. Interior has styrofoam blocks covered in velvet like-material. Would return but shipping is more than half the cost of case.

So I bought this bass becuase I needed a new go-to bass. I usually don't go for the multi-thousand dollar basses, becuase I'm not a pro, and I'm pretty cheap. I will say I have had more expensive basses in the past, for example, the Fender Aerodyne. I hated that thing. It didn't sound much different than any other p/j combination, and it showed every finger print that touched it, the hardware was also "gun metal" which pits a lot easier than the standard fender materials. That said, this is one of the best built mexi-fenders I have played. Hands down. Especially compared to the standard P-bass. Sure, the routing for the pickups is a little iffy(big open spacing between pickups and wood) but for the price you can't expect hand made craftsmanship. The playability and sound of this thing is mind blowing. The bridge pickup by itself is such a think bridge sound. It's hard to discern this tone from Jaco himself. One mod I made on this bass, and I recommend Fender and anyone else with an extra 60 bucks is have a three way on-on-on switch put in for each pickup, with a series/parallel/split single config. It really opens up the tone possibilities. This thing rocks. Get it.
