Fender Alkaline Trio Malibu Acoustic Guitar

Tear off some unplugged punk riffs with this mahogany-bodied beauty. With its Stratocaster neck and heart-shaped soundhole, it's no ordinary acoustic axe.

I like it.
Sound
I like it mellow sound without to much treble.
Features
full 25.5 inch scale (same as a Strat) but with a small easy to handle folk size Mahogany body. The strings are just plain bad. However I really like how it looks and it is well built. Great finish on mine.
Ease of Use
Very playable. No great sounds out of this guitar, but I really like the sound anyway and with new quality strings l believe it will sound much better. It really is fun to play.
Quality
Better than good quality!
Value
It was to me.
Manufacturer Support
Do not know.
The Wow Factor
Great appeal!

"Playable guitar with warm sound"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars

I bought this guitar three months ago, I couldn't resist the looks and smell: all mahogany, plied, the smell of a wild forest, the ATshaped heart, she is so beautiful! And even better: she sounds and plays wonderful. A warm sound and a Strat neck makes you feel at home, when you are a stratplayer. Even the sustain is acceptable for such a small sized folk guitar. Build quality is quite alright. Action was a bit high, out of the box. Overall: She is here to stay!

Okay.. it got here much sooner than expected... I was tempted to order express shipping... and im glad i didn't.. It got here one day after it shipped!!!! The only problem it had was the strings were buzzing... I guess cause it has an electric neck?? ... but anyways it came with an allen wrench. so that was an easy fix. It is very easy to play. It is virtually effort less to push the stings down! It is well worth 60 a month!!
