I read several great reviews on this guitar and they were all true. I have never been a fan of Fender acoustics in the past. But, it seems like they have made some big changes. This guitar is beautiful. The flamed maple is gorgeous. The sound and playability are great. I have a Gibson Hummingbird and the playability is actually better on the Fender. The fishman electronics work great, as well. Nice having a tuner built in. Can't recommend this guitar highly enough.

The Fender CJ 290SCE has nice big sound like you would expext from a jumbo. This guitar sounds and plays like a guitar three times it's price range. The Fender people did an exceptional job on this one. Either plugged in or unplugged this baby sounds great. The satin finished neck allow for easier and smoother playing up and down the neck and is an extrmemly smart feature. The actual body of the guitar has a blonde look to it. I removed the pick guard from mine and it looks beautiful. You can't go wrong giving this Acoustic Electric a try. A very nice guitar at a great price.
