I am primarily a guitarist, but I do lay down some bass lines time to time on recordings or jamming with folks. I used to own an American J Bass and sold it... :( the one that got away :( I wanted to get another Jazz bass. I compared this to the American Pro II Jazz bass and preferred the sound, neck, and I am a big RUSH fan so why not. The fit, finish, and build on this bass is nothing short of custom shop quality. zZounds shipped to me in two days and I am a very happy customer.
