Fender Player Stratocaster Electric Guitar (Pau Ferro Fingerboard)
As the original rock 'n' roll disruptor, the Stratocaster has both a timeless look and tone. The alnico 5 single-coil pickup trio plays well with any genre.

I really can't say enough good things about this guitar. It plays so smooth, it sounds amazing. I've been a Fender Stratocaster player for over 20 years, and these new Player Series are every bit as good as my American standard, I can't tell the difference. The quality is outstanding.

Love it! I can't believe the quality for in this price range. Love the neck shape and sounds great right out of the box. Green metallic. Two thumbs up.

I've had mine for a few months now and I'm extremely happy with it. I've played Strats for over 20 years and this my third Stratocaster and it sounds and plays excellent.

Out of the box, the action was quite high, but that’s an easy fix and that’s the only negative thing I can list. Intonation was almost perfect. The tones available are crisp and articulate. The tone control on the bridge pick up is a huge upgrade from the standard lineup. I would recommend anyone in the market for Strat to definitely give a Players series a look!

"Fender fan, but not of this one."

I love fender. I have multiple of them. That being said, I thought this would be a great guitar to gig out and leave my more beloved instruments at home, but I was wrong. The guitar is just ok. The fret edges were very sharp, there was fret buzz all over it and I had a hard time keeping it in tune compared to my other guitars. I've played comparably priced guitars and much cheaper guitars that I'd rather play than the one I received. I've ordered an "s" copy guitar instead by another manufacturer known for exceeding price point as far as expectations go. While I love my other fenders and still love the brand, this one hit the mark. Everyone was hyping them up as well, so maybe I had higher expectations than I should've because of that.

I purchased this online as no stores had what I wanted in stock so I purchased it blind. It came and the first thing that irritated me was that it would not stay in tune for more than a few strums, fret buzz, intonation was off, pickups were not set very well. I could have made these changes myself but for close to 700 I expect more out of a guitar. I may have just gotten a lemon but I am pretty finished with Fender the squire line is much improved and costs less. I am very disappointed in this product should have been a slam dunk but was a bad news bears layup that went over the backboard
