This thing purrs, sings, growls. I absolutely love it. All I've played are Les Pauls. This is so much fun to play. I wanted a Strat as a kid. I'm almost 48, and I finally got one.

I've owned 4 Strats and 6 Fenders in all. This one is the best by far! I've had tuning issues and action issues with previous Fenders. This one plays like a dream and the tone is amazing! The humbucker is so cool that I put down my Les Paul for a few months while breaking the Strat in. I will say that the whammy bar is a little troublesome to screw in. I didn't return the guitar because I'm afraid the replacement won't feel or sound the same. Overall I'm happy with it though. Yes I'd recommend it and I would buy it again.
