Got em today and put em on. Lowers the volume as advertised. Keeps a good bit of tone as far as I can tell. Satisfied with my purchase. I'm not a drummer but I found a drum kit for a price to low to pass up. My wife appreciates the lowered volume while I learn.

My heads just arrived today, and of course, I had to put them on my kit immediately! They really do cut the sound down big time! They also tune well just like traditional drum heads do, and they have great rebound also. I highly recommend these to any drummer that needs to practice or play without bothering the neighbors! Haha!!
