Guitar was shipped with not even a soft case, The guitar string height aka radius was not setup properly and the evertune itself has a learning curve. these things make this a very bad out of the box experience . I had to go to the Evertune website to see if i need to order different springs for drop C tuning. Quite a complicated mess if your just a guitar player looking for some tuning relief. Once you pay to get it setup properly it is a fine instrument but then you have to consider that a case must be purchased as it does not come with one for the price, which is almost criminal. One more thing they call it see-thru, but the entire guitar is satin finished. Bad Form ESP LTD
