Bought this from zZounds and it arrived in 3 days! tuned it and it played in tune all the way up the neck. Came with cheap 9v battery but I went ahead and replaced it with a copper top battery. Sounds great plugged in! Beautiful finish! Even the action is nice...not too high! Beautiful acoustic tone and electric guitar play-ability. Great for those sore finger 4 hour gigs and no feedback issues!!!
(Haven't had to use Manufacturer Support and there was no paperwork with the guitar....guess I'll have to download it if needed)

One of the best if not the best sounding thin line I guitars I have ever purchased. I am a die hard Ibanez Acoustic electric Guitar player and Had to have this one as well to add to my collection. Besides being thin line and very easy action, thin neck, this guitar sounds like a R&R electric from the 50's & 60's. SWEEET sound. I play 50's, 60's and 70's top 40 and this fits in perfect to the sounds for my shows.

I received my ESP TL-6SM guitar and all I can say is it is beautiful and play great. I have had an ESP for about 10 years and it was hard to buy a guitar sight unseen and it took me some 6 or 7 months to finally make the decision to go ahead and purchase this guitar. Great sound and looks beautiful.
