I bought the trans green model. Had a few flaws in the clear coat and a slight flaw in the sanding by neck seam in the top cutaway. All the gloss flaws are drips and are in two places over the abalone binding on the body. Nothing I would cry about TBH. They could have used grover tuners IMO. So far the LTD tuners are working fine but according to other reviews I've read about them ESP doesn't carry them to buy replacements if they are needed. Going to replace them ASAP. The pickups sound great. The Pegasus in the bridge is hot enough for me and very articulate. The Sentient in the neck sounds beautiful and is quite articulate as well. It compliments the Pegasus perfectly. The bridge is great. Can't go wrong with a hipshot bridge. The green is an emerald green. The maple veneer is AAA and bookmatched very nicely.I bought this over the MH-1000NT because I love 3x3 headstocks best and loved the abalone binding and the hipshot bridge for only $50 more.I rated the manufacturer support a 2.5 by accident. I meant to put it at 3. Just an average rating because I haven't needed to deal wih them yet.
